Using Google Scholar: Search

In the upper left corner of the Google Scholar homepage, access Advanced Search by clicking the hamburger menu/ three lines menu icon.

• With all of the words: Search includes all words in the search box, in any order.
• With the exact phrase: Search includes the words in the search box in the exact order specified.
• With at least one of the words: Search includes at least one word in the search box.
• Without the words: Search excludes all words in the search box.

Below each search result are links to related sources, previous citations, and alternate versions.

Add your University Library in Library Links in order to show access links in your search results.

PDF links via the original source and full-text links via MWU (if available) are located to the right side of the search results.
